*Special Events – Daytona 500 (weeks 6,7), Bike Week (weeks 9,10), Pepsi 400 (weeks 26,27), and Biketober Fest (weeks 41,42)
FEES/RESERVATIONS
- For an owner, there will be a $75 cleaning fee for any rental less than a (1) week duration.
- For a guest, there will be a $75 cleaning fee added to the weekly rental or any rental less than one week duration.
- An owner or guest may call for a reservation in advance within (365) days of the check-in date for an Association Rental or Unit Owner’s Rental (if on Association list).
- The owner or guest must pay a 50% deposit at the time of the rental reservation which is
non-refundable (60) days or less from the 1st day of the rental.
UNIT OWNER RENTALS
- A unit owner may rent their own unit and set their own rental rate or may use the Association rental rate.
- The unit owner will be charged a 20% commission if the Association rents the week for the unit owner..
- The unit owner will not be charged a cleaning fee for a full week rental but will be charged $75 for each rental less than a (1) week duration.
- The unit owner will receive the rental amount minus the 20% commission and cleaning fees.
WEEKS AVAILABLE
- Unit weeks available for rent will be posted on the Atlantic Terrace website and listed on the Master List at the front desk.
- All AT unit rentals will be made by the front desk in person, telephone, email, or U.S. Mail.
