Owners and non-owners must pay a 25% deposit required at the time of the rental reservation which is
non-refundable (30) days or less from the 1st day of the rental.
OWNER OWNED UNITS
The Association does not determine any weekly/daily pricing for owners on their rentals. Each owner determines their own deposit policy/time limit on a refund for an owner rental. The owner may rent their
unit on their own and/or hire an agent to rent their unit for them.
ALL RENTALS – ASSOCIATION & OWNER*
A cleaning fee will not be charged if the rental is for (1) full week.
When the Association and an owner both have a unit available to rent for the same week, the owner may
raise their rate, match the rate, or lower their rate in comparison to the Association rate.
